Crusader: Touya is an idiot, he says plenty of bullshit and then behaves in the opposite…Misaki is dull as bricks…Haruka needs a brain. … I think that Yuki and Touya were made for each other, poor work ethic, laziness, douche baggery.
nazarielle: Wow, what a crazy trainwreck this is turning out to be.
usagijen: …it won’t be long before this leads to the Major Shitstorm.
Kabitzin: The best part about the date was how Yayoi was so uninterested in what she was doing.
minnie: Burn in hell Touya dumb ass. Why can’t you just jump off the bridge and save us from your moaning, whining, bitching, fantasizing, daydreaming, etc etc? …Sure, [Yayoi is] a bit unethical but she has good intentions. …I hope Yayoi succeeds in her quest.
Hanners: [Touya is] a popular guy, although heaven knows why. [This ep. has really] set up a bit of a love/hate affair with its protagonist. …Still, in a way it’s this personality that keeps things going in White Album
XComp: Yayoi’s feelings just might be real too. It’s kind of edging towards a harem show but without the fan service. Yayoi being the cool beauty out of all the girls and there always is one.
omni: …it’s a good thing that Yayoi was so lifeless and business-like in doing it because I suspect that if she had turned up the charm and really tried to seduce him, she could have succeeded.
psgels: I must say that this series has overall proven to be a very interesting variation to Makoto Shinkai’s “being away from the one you love”-theme. I do like, however, how Misaki has her own life, and the creators came up quite a decent excuse for her to rely on Touya for emotional support. …I’m really liking this series more with every episode, and yes, this is coming from someone who once hated all harems with passion.
